Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, mood issues, self esteem and addictions. Individual therapists will work with you to address these issues and use modalities specific to your issue.
Couple therapy is a form of therapy that supports people in intimate relationships. Couples may seek counseling to resolve relationship issues, gain insight into the dynamics of their relationship or strengthen their emotional bonds. While the relationship itself is the focus in couple counseling, each partner is expected to pay attention to self-improvement and self-awareness.
Parent-child therapy is designed to help improve the parent-child relationship and solve family problems. Every parent tries to do their best for their child but inevitably makes some mistakes in the process. Therefore, our priority is to correct those mistakes by implementing wiser parenting principles and when required, work with children directly.
