“Kindness, quite simply, is the rent we must pay for the space we occupy on this planet.” – Robin Sharma.
I have an educational and work background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and Child Psychology spanning across the UK, UAE, and India over four years. Additionally, I’m a hobbyist travel photographer, and my journeys provide me with the opportunities to meet a myriad of people from different walks of life. The chance encounters help me to broaden my horizons, become an active listener and stitch together a beautiful canvas of humanity through the art of storytelling.
Since childhood, I’ve always been drawn to patterns of human thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I believe that life is a great teacher, and I strive to learn life lessons from regularly from nature, people and experiences. Interacting with people from all age groups enables me to have a shared perspective towards situations and look at it in totality. I have counselled parents, children and young adults through consistent sessions and implementation of evidence-based strategies.
I aim to provide a safe space for you to be yourself and feel heard. I’m here to support you with life’s curveballs in a warm and patient setting by customising the counselling sessions as per you individuality. I hope you benefit immensely from the therapy and thank you for choosing to seek help.
