Counseling Psychologist

“Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be.” ~Sonia Ricotti”
I completed my Master of Science in Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, following which I became a member of the British Psychological Society. I further went on to do a second Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida.
With two Masters in Psychology, I work within the eclectic framework. As each individual is unique and has their own set of experiences, an amalgamation of approaches allows me to work with a diverse group of people. I extract from Psychodynamic Principles, Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Positive Psychotherapy.
I am a passionate, optimistic and open-minded practitioner; I will tailor therapy sessions according to your individual needs. I aim to create a safe, warm, and thought-provoking space for my clients. I address a variety of issues ranging from day-to-day stresses to more troubling emotional and psychological difficulties.
I believe that people can change! I believe, that human beings have the innate capability of bringing about the change that is required. Sometimes, they just get bogged down by certain circumstances but with a bit of support and guidance, they can find their true path. Making changes within yourself or in your surroundings is not easy . In fact, it can be very difficult for some, but that is when having a Counsellor, who is caring, optimistic and who will listen to you patiently, can really help. Hence, I am here to help and bring the change by offering an action plan for the same.

Here's what my clients had to say--

"She is patient and mature. She heard and understood everything I said."
"I am able to express well. She is giving me different perspectives, and i am trying to implement them."
