“Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time we fall.” — Confucius
Human beings are fascinating creatures. Our minds are perhaps our greatest tools, however, loaded with responsibilities that can both guide us to the life we want or misguide us away from our desired paths. The good news is, we do have the capability to take control of our minds.
Along with my Masters in Clinical Psychology, I specialise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy where the focus remains on living a life directed by our own set of values and becoming the persons we wish to become. I use evidence based exercises and techniques to get more attuned with our surroundings and inner self.
I see therapy as a joint venture where I can use my skills and knowledge to guide you in finding your own solutions. I strive to create a warm, empathetic and trusting space within the therapeutic setting. I mainly work with issues related to anxiety, depression, insomnia, adjustment, stress, substance use, self esteem, anger and grief.
