Having done my Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Delhi and Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Amity University. I have recently been an accredited career trainer for the STRONG inventory (for career assessment) from Myers Briggs, Australia.

I am actively involved in supervising young budding mental health professionals & students of psychology from both graduate & post graduate levels through dynamic hands on internship programs in the recent years.

As I truly believe that you can’t learn more till you share what you already have. My adventurous amalgam of experience in the field of mental health & soft skill training across schools for parents as well as for middle level managers & staff personnel in varied organisations pan India has given me an augmented insight in to what I believe is the essence of a healthy and happy mind.
