Terms

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms apply when you use our website or book therapy with us. Please read them alongside our Payments, Cancellation and Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

WHO WE ARE

WHAT THERAPY HERE INVOLVES

Therapy is a space to talk through what is troubling you, with someone trained to help you make sense of it. Your therapist uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, the Gottman Method and EFT, chosen to suit what you are working on. Sessions are delivered online by therapists we employ.

Therapy here is for adults — you must be 18 or over to book with us.

Therapy asks something of you. Some sessions will feel difficult, and progress is rarely a straight line. Your therapist will be honest with you if they think a different kind of support would help you more.

IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A CRISIS

Therapy with us is planned, session-based work, so we are not able to help in an emergency — your therapist will not be available between sessions.

If you are in immediate danger, or having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to one of these straight away:

If you are outside India, please use your local emergency number.

And do bring these thoughts to your therapist. They will take them seriously, and if they are worried about your safety they may suggest extra support, or involve emergency services.

YOUR SESSIONS

Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place online, over video.

Please join from a private space where you will not be overheard or interrupted.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You will have an account in our client portal to see your sessions, balance and records. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

CHANGE OF THERAPIST

You will normally work with the same therapist throughout. Occasionally that needs to change — you might ask for it, or your therapist may become unavailable.

If it happens, any sessions you have paid for and not used move across with you. You do not lose them, and you do not pay again.

If you would like to change therapist, just ask — we will talk it through with you.

ENDING THERAPY

You can stop therapy at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

Your therapist may also suggest ending therapy if they believe it is no longer helping you, or if continuing would not be appropriate. If that happens they will discuss it with you and, where they can, suggest other options.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices, session validity, cancellation and refunds are set out in our Payments, Cancellation and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

YOUR PRIVACY

How we collect, use, share and protect your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. It also covers confidentiality in therapy and its limits, session recordings, and how long we keep your records.

ABOUT THE CONSENT FOR THERAPY

The Consent for Therapy explains how therapy works here — what to expect, what it costs, and how we look after what you share with us. It brings together the parts of our Terms, our Payments, Cancellation and Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy that matter most to you as a client; all three are on our website in full.

If anything is unclear, ask us or your therapist.

AGREEING TO THE CONSENT FOR THERAPY

You will be asked to read and agree to the Consent for Therapy during payment checkout — or, if you are the second partner in couple therapy, when you register.

If anything in these terms conflicts with the Consent for Therapy, the Consent for Therapy applies to your therapy.
